Pain and conflict can affect every area of life if left unidentified and unexplored. My desire is to help you come to a place where you recognize the root of the pain, and determine where unhealthy perceptions, patterns and behaviors originate.

I am skilled in resourcing families & individuals in tough situations with a variety of presenting symptoms. When mental health issues appear in a child/teen, I prioritize coaching the parents in order to reorient the leadership of the family towards emotional transformation and long-term growth

I provide results-oriented counseling for adults and couples, with a particular interest in men’s mental health. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and self-confidence.

With couples, I focus on the patterns underlying conflict and disconnection rather than assigning blame. I also offer parent coaching to strengthen family relationships. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and lasting change.

I work with individuals and couples with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, concerns with sex and intimacy, and affair/betrayal recovery.

My primary passions include helping individuals navigate challenges with addiction and substance use, panic and severe anxiety, depression, men’s issues, and major life transitions.  I work with adolescents ages 16 and up, as well as adults, and I strive to create a supportive space where people gain clarity and move toward meaningful change.
