I work with individuals and couples and focus on fostering a supportive and safe environment where we can work collaboratively toward your personal growth and healing. Using a Family Systems approach, we’ll spend time processing and understanding your unique circumstances and needs. My goal in our work together is to help equip you to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and refining identity. If desired, I will integrate Christianity into our therapeutic work.

I also work with couples on premarital counseling and marriage enrichment. I am a certified facilitator for the Prepare/Enrich assessment tool. Using this tool, my goal is to help couples improve relationship satisfaction and help you build a strong foundation for your marriage. Through this method, couples take the assessment, which then generates a report that I use to help determine what your strengths and growth areas are. Next, I guide you through conversations about each topic area and exercises to help you improve your relationship skills. Topics will include: communication, conflict resolution, finances, spiritual beliefs, personality, family of origin, and relationship dynamics. This method provides great insights for each of you re: different aspects of your relationship, and primes you for fruitful conversations and relationship growth. I am also a registered provider with Twogether in Texas, so if you complete the Prepare/Enrich program for premarital counseling with me, I can provide you with the certificate needed for a discount on your marriage license.

I’m taking clients at our North and Southwest locations, and virtually if it is appropriate for your circumstances.
