None of us is meant to do life alone. Regardless of the challenges that you are experiencing at this time, it would be an honor to accompany you. In our work together, I intend to foster a space where you can safely and openly explore whatever struggles might be on your mind and heart.
You and I do not exist in a vacuum. Using an evidence-based Bowen Family Systems approach, we could discover what a more fulfilling and integrated life might look like for you. By beholding the broader landscape of your current difficulties, I am hopeful that you would be empowered toward greater wellness and healing.
I am currently a graduate student intern and therapist pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Divine Mercy University, en route to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have training and experience working with adults, children, couples, and groups. My areas of interest include Christian spirituality (which can be incorporated into treatment upon request), the young adult stage of life, the Hispanic community, men's issues, and unwanted sexual behavior.
