None of us is meant to do life alone. It would be an honor to journey alongside you. I intend to foster a safe, therapeutic space where you can openly explore whatever challenges you’re facing. In our work together, I desire to empower you toward deeper healing and greater integration. I have confidence that, using an evidence-based Bowen Family Systems approach, we could discover what a more fulfilling, purposeful, and meaningful life might look like for you.

I am currently a graduate student intern and therapist pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Divine Mercy University, en route to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am trained to work with individuals and couples across the lifespan who are struggling with any number of issues, including anxiety, depression, and/or trauma. My areas of clinical interest include Christian spirituality (which can be incorporated into treatment upon request), the young adult stage of life, the Hispanic community, men's issues, and unwanted sexual behavior.  Taking clients at our North and Southwest locations.
