I’m interested in how people conceptualize themselves, particularly how they navigate the challenges they've been dealt. My passion for counseling started in ministry, and I consider it a great privilege to walk alongside people as they grow, change, grieve, and get more settled in taking up space in the world. I am particularly drawn to those going through any type of life transition and who want deeper personal relationships with God, themselves, and others. I will be using Bowen Family Systems theory to provide structure and wisdom for my work with clients. I am passionate about using Family Systems theory because it helps make sense of how an individual's needs, desires, and traits interact with the most formative people in their life. I offer a free 10-minute phone consultation if you would like to know more about who I am as a counselor.
