The key to whole and healthy living is your Identity. My therapeutic approach views each client as a piece of their whole family system. Counseling with me will be an exploration of the identity, patterns and roles that have been shaped by and then shape influential relationships. I am committed to providing safety, support, and encouragement in a non-judgmental setting for clients to uncover insights, confidence, and abilities to navigate relational dynamics well.

I work with clients ages 11+ on a broad range of presenting issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and transitions. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents and families -starting with adults- or college students and recent grads. Inclusion of Christian spirituality is available, but optional.
