I believe that relationships are the avenue in which we are both hurt and healed. It is my goal to develop a safe, truthful, and grace-filled therapeutic relationship with you so that you can experience freedom, restoration, and change that will have positive ripple effects in your life. No matter how big or small your struggles feel, you have a wealth of internal resources and tools to navigate life with hope. In therapy together I will help you help yourself by drawing out the understanding you already have to navigate life’s challenges. I work with children, adolescents, and families using Bowen Family Systems theory and integrating sandtray therapy and play therapy. Integrating Christian spirituality is available upon request.
Leave behind days ruled by your circumstances and emotions, and step towards a life not shaken by what comes your way. The past is your ally in repairing your present and ensuring an abundant future. If you’re interested in working together, don’t hesitate to give me a call.
