I have a passion for working with adults, both young adults and older adults, as well as with veterans and couples to assist them on their journey to wellness. I have 20 years of experience working within the community to assist people in making healthy lifestyle choices. I can support you in exploring your anxieties and fears to help you discover just how confident, strong, and courageous you can be!
My approach to therapy is to join with clients and walk alongside them on their journey. Clinically, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. I look forward to hearing your story and creating goals together for improving your day-to-day functioning personally and interrelationally. One of the most important aspects of counseling is the connection and comfort you feel with the person with whom you choose to share your personal struggles. I believe it is very important to be open-minded and non-judgmental when someone shares their personal story or experiences with me. It’s my privilege to be that person for you. I look forward to hearing from you soon about how I can be of help to you on your own journey.
